Problem:
Database is higher than what application supports. Please upgrade your application. When attempting to access your company database, the above error message is displayed, and will not allow you to access the data.
Solution:
This indicates that at some point, your database has been upgraded by a newer version of program than the version currently running on the machine where the error is being encountered. Often, this is caused when more than one machine has program installed, and an update was downloaded and installed on one machine, but not the others.
To resolve this, you will need to install the most current version on all machines running the software. You can use your most current installation set, or download the most recent release from: www.paymatesoftware.com
