If the IIS all components are not installed the 500.19 error will be generated.
(Issue: missing the aspnet_client and HTTP not installed on the IIS server )
Solution :
Go to the server where the IIS and TnA is deployed.
Go to Server Manager and right click on Manage > Add Roles and Features
Highlight the Features.
Locate the NET Framework 4.5 Features and ensure that the HTTP is checked. If not checked, place a checkmark and proceed with the installation. (Reboot of computer may required.)
