Clarity - How to migrate your license file

In order to transfer the license file from one server to another you must follow these steps:

1. Run Clarity on the old server.
2. In Clarity, navigate to Help > License File Location. Note this location down. 
3. Install Clarity on the new server (you can download the .EXE file from our customer portal!).
4. Ensure Clarity on the new server is the same version as the old server.
5. Create a shared folder on the new server, giving all users full read/write access.
6. Run Clarity on the new server.
7. You will be asked “Where is the license file location”. Enter the location from step #2. 
8. Log into any company.
9. Go under Help > License File Location.
10. Set the location to a folder on the new server you want the file to be (the program will move the file for you). Your license is now moved.
