- Navigate to Forms > ROE > Export ROE (XML).
- Select the appropriate date range of when your ROEs were created.
- Click "Load ROE" to load the ROEs that were made in your selected date range. These records will appear at the bottom of the screen,
- Enter an "Export File Name". This will be the name of the file that will be downloaded to your browser's default downloads folder.
- Select the appropriate "Processing Method".
- Use the checkboxes to select the ROEs that you want to export.
- Click "Create XML" to download the ROEs. This file will be downloaded to your browser's default downloads folder, so be sure to know where this is.
- In a new tab or window in your browser, go to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) website and follow their instructions to upload the file you downloaded from Harmony.

The above error message indicates that the employee's first name is too long. These validations come from the CRA, and in this example, the first name is limited to 20 characters. Below, you will find the maximum length for each field. Use this as a reference and modify the field accordingly in your ROE.
