After reversing a cheque for an employee the Payroll reports show report shows the correct value but the employees paycard doesn't does not show the reversed amount of the accrual amount or reflect the reversal on the CPP and EI gross fields.Resolution

Solution:

Run integrity check to update the Accrual balances and Gross CPP and EI YTD amountsInstall Paymate Acclaim 5.73 to resolve the issue permanently for the reversl of payslips.

Steps: 

  1. Go to Utilities > Integrity Check.
  2. Click 'Ok' to start the integrity check.
  3. Once the integrity check is completed, it will tell you whether or not problems were detected and make a backup.
