1.     To get to the Company Edit screen go to Setup/Company. When the login screen pops up, highlight the company and select Edit.

 2.     Under Taxation Information on the right hand side you will see the area to enter both the Pension Number and the WCB Rate. If you have Multiple WCB Rates you will have to set them up as a benefit following the steps listed below.

 

 

If you have multiple WCB rates for your company you will do this through the Payroll Category screen as benefits.

1.     To get to the Payroll Category screen go to Setup/Payroll Category. Then go to Add and select Benefit.

 2.     Enter the information. The following table will assist with explanations:

3.     Click Save. Paymate will ask if you want to assign this item to all employees. If you have more than 1 WCB rate you should select No.

 4.     Click Close.

 

You should now set up your second and/or third rate by repeating steps 2 through 54, again selecting No when asked to apply to each employee.
