The Paymate team will provide you with your credentials over email. Your password is automatically generated by our system and our team will not have access to your account. If you'd like to change your password to something that is easier for you to remember, please follow the instructions below.

New Password Requirements

1. Log into Harmony. 
2. Click the profile icon > settings to navigate to your user settings. 
   
3. Click the "Request to Change Password" button.Account Settings" tab.

4. Enter the email address associated to your Harmony account (your "Username"  that you use to log into Harmony). 
5. Click "Submit". Harmony will send you a URL to your email inbox. Please be sure to check your junk and spam folders. 
6. In the email sent to you, click "RESET PASSWORD". This will open a new tab in your browser.

7. Enter the new password into "New Password". Your new password must meet the requirements listed above. 
8. Enter the new password again into "Confirm Password". It must match exactly what you entered into "New Password". 
9. Click "Reset Password". You can now log into your Harmony account with your new password.
