- Navigate to Harmony, but do not log in.
- Before you enter your credentials, click the "Forgot Password?" hyperlink.
- Enter the email address associated to your account (your "Username" that you use to log into Harmony).
- Click "Submit". Harmony will send you a URL to your email inbox. Please be sure to check your junk and spam folders.
- In the email sent to you, click "RESET PASSWORD". This will open a new tab in your browser.
- Enter the new password into "New Password". Your new password must meet the requirements listed above.
- Enter the new password again into "Confirm Password". It must match exactly what you entered into "New Password".
- Click "Reset Password". You can now log into your Harmony account with your new password.
