Process steps

1. Backup your data : Utilities > Backup > make note of the location and

1. Go to Utilities > Database cleanup > Place a checkmark beside of the “Reindex database” and “Empty temporary tables” > Click 'Next'

1. Enter the Word "CLEAN".

1. Run integrity check , Go to Utilities > Integrity check > Continue
