Problem
User gets the following error when running Acclaim plus:
Error 5185: Local server connections are restricted in this environment
Solution
locate ads.ini file and edit it with a text editor (notepad).
add the following line to the end of the file:
[SETTINGS]
MTIER_LOCAL_CONNECTIONS=1
