Issue:

After reversing a cheque for an employee the Payroll reports show the correct value but the employees paycard doesn't show the reversed amount of the accrual amount or reflect the reversal on the CPP and EI gross fields.

Resolution:

Run integrity check to update the Accrual balances and Gross CPP and EI YTD amounts

Install Paymate Acclaim 5.73 to resolve the issue permanently for the reversl of payslips.
