After latest version was installed and user is opening the company:

Start Acclaim > Setup > Preferences > General tab > If the “Autoupdate” software when new version is available” checked

Setup > Company > select company from the list > login into the company

The software will check if any software updated needs to be performed. If user has the latest Paymate Acclaim no additional window will open and the user can continue working into Acclaim

If the company was created/used in an older version a confirmation message to upgrade the data will appear. The user can respond with Yes or No.

If the user respond with No the Confirmation window will closed and the Company select window will be open. The user will not
