Login into the customer website (http://customer.paymatesoftware.com/) using the user id and password
On the next screen locate the product table and click on Renew button in the product link. (Example: screenshot shows Clarity product)
The next screen will show the amount to be paid.
Print this page for your records. To print: from the browser top menu: File > Print
Click Renew button at the end of the page to complete the renew process if paying online
On the next page you will be ask to enter the payment information. Enter payment information and click OK
